24 hours of personal training and yoga, split into a combination of 1 hour, 40, 30 or 20 minutes; in person and online sessions. Group meal plans, nutrition and an online community are also available.
Movement is an important part of your health, not just to improve body aesthetic (if that is part of your goal), but to support overall physical and mental health in several areas.
Discovering what your body is capable of, and building upon that, can be such a powerful tool in helping to love and appreciate your body!
This helps encourage you to fuel yourself with healthy foods and grows resilience for any other goals.
What’s involved?
Unlike traditional personal training, which typically offers training sessions in 60 minute slots, You By Anthea Power, gives you much more flexibility around your schedule.
24 hours over 3 months (averaging 8 hours per month) can be broken down to 60, 40, 30 or even 20 minute sessions. This means that you can train anywhere between twice and five times a week, depending on schedule and preference.
Both at home training and online training is offered.* You don’t need loads of space or equipment. I either bring the equipment to you, or we use what you may already have.
A wide range of training is available for at home sessions and fun is always an important part of your sessions!
Bodyweight, kettlebells, TRX (suspension) training as well as Muay Thai (Thai boxing), Animal Flow and yoga are some of the options that can form part of your programme.
*At home sessions are available dependent on area and duration of session.
