This vinyasa yoga course is designed for beginners, as well as more experienced yogis. 6 weeks is a guide, but you can take this at your own pace, returning to the videos and tutorials any time you want.

This course is ideal for anyone who doesn’t see themselves as the “typical yoga type”!

You By Anthea Together

If you want to access to super efficient online workouts and yoga sessions as well as weekly meal plans, recipes, monthly themes and challenges with a weekly group accountability call, then this is the choice for you!

Currently the You By Anthea Together membership is open only to clients who are currently in, or have completed their one to one programmes - a great way to keep up the good work! However, there are limited openings during the year for others to join this group. Keep an eye out for emails announcing any openings!
